3. Cayenne Pepper:
This one has a miraculous effect on varicose veins. Cayenne pepper is a rich source of bioflavonoids and Vitamin C, it helps in enhancing the blood circulation throughout the body.
All you have to do is mix one teaspoon of the cayenne pepper powder to a cup of water and stir very well. Drink this mixture thrice daily. Continue this treatment for a couple of months to see great results.
