Coolsculpting Recovery

« Back to Previous Page

Hello again! I didn’t have the opportunity to thank Dr. Ajaka for his answer in my previous question, regarding Coolsculpting & Zerona! Thank you very much Dr. Joseph! Now i believe that Coolsculpting is the right option for me!

I read testimonials here as well as in Realself, i also read the article in your site (cosmosclinic) and i have a few more questions in order to make sure i am in the right track!

– Will i experience any scars or other signs of the procedure?
– Can i start exercising right after the procedure?
– Should i follow a proper diet in order for the fat loss effect to be permanent?
-If i am not strict enough and gain fat again, where this fat will be gathered, provided that fat cells are destroyed?

Oops, so many questions i guess.. have to stop right now!!

Thanks in advance

Hi Linda,

I’m glad my answer helped you. I know it can be a bit confusing with all the different options. I will answer your questions in point form below in the order that you asked them:

- There will be no scars from this procedure.
- You can start exercising straight away. Listen to your body. If the area feels a bit tender after the procedure don’t push yourself too hard.
- You should always follow a proper diet for your health and to maintain not only your results but a healthy body. Drinking water is good for your lympathtic system which processes the fat cells as waste when they are destroyed by CoolSculpting.
- If you were to gain weight it would be more evenly distributed through your body and remaining fat cells. Instead of being localised in the areas where you had the excess fat cells and thus excess fat prior to the treatment.

Kindest regards,
Dr Ajaka
