Thank you for your question. My best advice would be to have a consultation with a cosmetic/ plastic doctor. They will be able to examine your face and discuss with you various treatment options. The reason for this is when you refer to your face being ”wide” it can be a number of factors making it appear this way.
You may have excess fat that can be removed from the lower half of the face/jaw area with a procedure such as a Laser Face Lift. This involves the removal of excess fat and a tightening of the skin using liposuction methods. This is done through very small incision sites located for example under your chin that fade away.
Alternatively you may have very strong masseter muscles which are the ”bite/chewing muscle.” These muscles can be injected with Botox on both lower jaw points. This relaxes these muscles and creates a slim appearance to the face. It is usually referred to as Jawline Contouring. Often when people describe their face as ”wide” it is due to strong masseter muscles and by using Botox it slims the lower face area for a noticeable difference that patients are very happy with.
These are just two examples of treatments but as I suggested a general consultation will allow a doctor to examine you.
