There is a concentration of fat just over the belt-line, close to the belly button level. it looks like a hill, and the belly button is now off to the tight of center. I wish I never had the surgery. Any suggestions on the best approach to level out (flatten) the three inch high hill running around the from if my stomach, just above the belt line?
