Cosmetic Surgery Stats for 2015 according to WhatClinic.com

WhatClinic.com published the results of the annual research regarding the Cosmetic Surgery Stats for 2015 (for the stats of 2014 click here). The king of cosmetic surgery for 2015 is undoubtedly Breast Implants which had a 183% boost during 2015 (comparing to the previous year) and were the most popular procedure during 2015. As for breast reconstruction and breast reduction it was recorded a 263% and a 212% boost during 2015. Demand on liposuctionstats 2015 seems to be steady though there is an important increase of 33% in average price.

As for the non surgical procedures it seems that the top procedures are dermal fillers (113% boost), mole removal (114% boost) and lipo augmentation (114% boost) while thread lift seems to be the most rapidly growing non surgical procedure with a huge 470% increase in demand during 2015, while chin augmentation is the number two with an 156% increase and Varmpire facelift is third with an 152% increase.

As for the surgical procedures, the number 2 (after breast implants) is full abdominoplasty  with an unbelieveable 351% increase during 2015.  Director of WhatClinic.com comments: “The cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetic industries continue to thrive and 2015 saw a massive increase in enquiries for procedures in the UK. On the surgical side of the market, abdominoplasty is the stand out treatment of 2015.”
