“Lost your shape after the childbirth and want to get it back? Mommy Makeover is here for you”
You carried your child 9 months, you watched and felt your body transform into the beautiful and cozy home for a new life inside of you, you went through the labour and now you can hold your child close to you and enjoy all the happiness the child could bring. His or her body is so small, so tender and so perfect… But what about your own body?
Most young, and not only young, mothers that went through the childbearing period are not satisfied with how they look after their child is born. There are some lucky ones that lose the excess weight in a short period of time and enjoy their motherhood being as fit as they used to be before, but that is rather an exception from the general rule. Another exception would be women that were into professional sport seriously – their muscles are usually trained so well, and thus they come into shape easily and quite fast.
Sometimes the great amount of dieting and severe exercising at the gym on a 24/7 basis (or as much as a young mother can afford to exercise), may not help you restore your body back to how it was when you were 18 years old. That is why, if you are not that lucky to be in the number of exception, there is one thing you can do to surely get into shape without any troubles, and that is mommy makeover. Today the package called “mommy makeover” is offered by number of plastic surgery clinics as those which include several procedures at once.
Mommy Makeover Procedures
You should never be worried to appear a selfish mother when you try to become beautiful for yourself and your beloved ones. Surely, you sacrificed your body and its beauty to get a beautiful child instead, but nothing is lost for you! Now, let us proceed to the procedures that mommy makeover may include.
Breast Augmentation
The cases of loss of volume or/and sagging are not rare among women that recently became mothers. For such cases the breast augmentation would work perfectly well. Here you may choose either saline or silicone implants, and these are done for a long time, but sometimes you may have to repeat the surgery in case of implant breakage. The side effects may be swelling, soreness or sensitivity loss, but these are just temporary problems.
Breast Lift
If you do not like the thought of keeping something alien in your body like breast implants, the procedure of breast lifting may be helpful to get the perky bust again like you used to have in youth. The excess ski n will be simply removed and breast tissue will be lifted to restore the previous shape. The side effects are pretty the same as in case of breast augmentation, but once again – they pass in one-two weeks.
Tummy Tuck
The abdominoplasty consist in removing the excess skin from your abdominal area, repositioning your navel (if necessary) and literary giving your weak abdominal muscles a new life. The scar is, unfortunately, inevitable in such case, and the process of healing is not that fast. Usually, patients restore their working capacities in one to three weeks, but sometimes it takes much more time. Yet, it worth the result – incredibly flat stomach and sometimes even a narrower waist.
Liposuction
The anti-glamorous procedure – liposuction, will make you look like a real star in fact! The procedure is well known even for those who are not familiar with plastic surgery very much – the fat (usually it is so-called stubborn fat that is not reacting at diets and physical exercises) is removed from your body using special instruments. Sometimes it may be melted with ultrasound. You will be able to get back to normal activities in a week or two, but be ready to wear special garment for about 6 weeks to decrease swelling and keep the skin at new contours.
Using these mommy makeover packages you will be able to save some cash and stay fit and beautiful, which is another reason you should seriously consider this option.
As always the decision is yours!
