Power Assisted Liposuction Reviews
Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) is a procedure that got FDA approval on 1998! PAL is an improvement in Traditional Liposuction while it utilizes a mechanized system to move the cannula inside the fatty tissue! More info can be found in our detailed report on PAL.
Here we will provide a few testimonials we received in our email address by real patients that tried PAL! For all of you that are interested in PAL, its essential that you read them in order to find if this methos is appropriate for you:

Even though I was quite in shape and my abdominals were almost flat (thanks to the proper workout program I follow in the gym), I decided to go for a Power Assisted Liposuction so as to have my abs further trimmed and toned. And what a stupid decision that was! Today, almost two years from the day of the operation have been completed and the only change that PAL delivered was uneven abs – and nothing more in terms of fat removal. I feel like a total idiot! Don’t try this method, especially if you are already in a decent shape!

6 weeks have passed from my Power-Assisted Liposuction, and the results so far are pretty encouraging – which has been a relief as I had strong hesitations before eventually resolving to having it. The procedure felt somewhat odd with that tiny cannula being inserted to my tummy, but that was all.
After the operation, I encountered the traditional side effects of this operation (in fact, I had been warned about them during consultation); thus, bruising did appear but after two weeks it was gone, while swelling took another two weeks to fade, although some irritation still remains. As regards the scarring, the closed stitches I received meant that, after 4 weeks past the operation, they were practically gone. However, the compression garment I am obliged to wear 24 hours a day has been a source of constant hassle and I can’t wait to get rid of it the following weeks!
Update, May 2, 2013: Three and a half months from the procedure have passed today and my contentment has escalated as the true outcome of my PAL gets unfolded! Obviously, I don’t have to wear a compression garment for a long time now, while the swelling has almost disappeared. But the really good news are the firming and toning of my abdominals! I can now wear tight T-shirts, which I wouldn’t dare a year ago! So, all in all, I am perfectly happy and satisfied with my choice, and I really can’t see the reason why Power-Assisted Liposuction can’t work for everyone.

I am writing this review only 3 days after my PAL procedure on the back and the waist, so it is very premature to figure out whether it has worked or not (it will take several weeks or months to do so) but it’s a perfectly fine time interval to share my experience from the operation. So, I got to the clinic where it was scheduled to have my PAL performed; the doctor and the crew welcomed me warmly and prepared me for the operation, giving me a robe and a blanket. I took my position on a special table and the doctor came in. He injected me on the area to be treated and then made a small incision so as to insert the cannula. He then applied the machine producing slight vibrations that I was barely feeling as I had started to feel numb and sleepy. Anyway, I was conscious enough to realize that, at some point, the procedure was over. I stood up with some gentle help from the members of the staff, I got dressed and my husband took me home to rest.
All I have to do now is wait for the results. Meanwhile, I am wearing a compression garment while taking painkillers (although the pain is not so severe). For the end result… let’s wait and see!
