UltraShape by Syneron, is a non-surgical procedure which employs ultrasound technology in order to destroy fat cells and deliver significant fat reduction and, ultimately, a slimmer appearance of the treated body areas. Currently though, this method does not seem very popular while it is still waiting for an FDA approval. Ultrashape ranked first in our annual research study on Liposuction Alternatives for 2015!

How Does UltraShape Work?
The UltraShape method works by emitting mild ultrasounds so as to vibrate fatty tissues, break down fat cells and ultimately liquify them, targeting at specific body regions. The apparatus used features real-time tracking system and makes it possible for the medical professional who performs the operation to apply pressure to the treated area and focus its ultrasound energy directly on it. By doing so, not only fat is melt and removed but also damage to surrounding skin and tissues is being prevented. The whole procedure is performed without the need of anesthesia or sedation. For more info on how ultrasounds work read this.
Unfortunately, as only a small region of fat can be melt at each treating session, more than one visits to the clinic are expected in order to reach the final result. These may last approximately for 1 or ½ hours. Of course, the most significant factor that will determine the number and the duration of the needed sessions is the size of the treated area.

The UltraShape technology is alleged to deliver several plus points. Firstly, as mentioned before, this procedure can achieve safe and targeted fat removal while not bringing about harm to surrounding tissues or nerves. In addition, its non-invasive design guarantees the absence of post-operational marks and the lack of the use of anesthesia. Body contouring after the operation has no irregularities, while the recovery is quick. Finally, the fact that the fat cells are eliminated means that the patient can maintain his / her results in the long run (provided that he / she follows a balanced nutrition from that point on). Especially during 2015 the proven efficiency of the method makes it a really attractive option
On the flip side, there are some slight drawbacks but it seems that Syneron is always improving this device so as to overcome most of them. For example, the procedure is not always painless (see the “Reviews” section below)!
Areas To Be Treated
Utilizing modern equipment and ultrasound technology, UltraShape can accurately target at specific spots, and therefore, it be executed on several regions of the body. These mostly are:
- Male breasts
The process may involve some pain/discomfort but this is not a significant factor according to the testimonials we received on it during the last 12 months. Also side effects like irritation or bruising fade in a matter of a few days. Luckily, the fact that the whole process affects a relatively small body zone means that the recuperation time is practically very narrow and the patient can almost immediately go back to his / her daily routine.
Being actually a mini-treatment, UltraShape has a “mini” cost, which makes it a very affordable operation. The average cost of $2,175 found at Realself.com is one of the lowest price tags for a fat removing procedure. On the other hand, the compromised end result, which is more than common with an UltraShape operation, makes that just a theoretical advantage.
Though during the previous years we received some negative testimonies on Ultrashape, this is a situation that has changed during the last months according to the latest reviews we received. The efficiency of the process seem to be quite high ( most of men and women are pretty satisfied with the final outcome), while side effects seem to be quite mild. For more details have a quick look on our page where we published testimonials we received about Ultrashape.
Before And After Photos
From the above displayed info, a definite conclusion is appearing.. Syneron worked hard during the last 12 months to improve Ultrashape and provide something totally new, which seems to work wonders. Our latest study showed that UltraShape can be an ideal alternative for patients who want to remove their excess fat without resorting to a surgery and without having to withstand a prolonged recuperation period. So at the moment Ultrashpae appears as the best option in the whole liposuction alternatives industry, even more attractive than traditional players such as CoolSculpting, i Lipo. But never forget, if you feel like having an UltraShape operation, make sure you will conduct a meticulous research before finally resorting to it, contact an experienced physician etc.
