What will help promote retraction of excess skin after vaser lipo procedure on male chest

Patient is male, under 20 years old, with history of excessive and disproportional breast fat accumulation since age 7. 6 days post procedure, excess skin is pushed downward by compression (vest) garment causing bruising and creasing of skin. is there a better garment to minimize trauma to excess skin while promoting retraction of skin?
