Coolsculpting or Zerona

« Back to Previous Page

My name is Linda and i am strongly considering the possibility of having treatment to removal belly fat! I am 120 lbs, 5′ 5″ and i have stubborn fat on belly area!

I’ve read a lot information here about Coolsculpting and also i noticed you suggest Zerona as a decent procedure for removing belly fat.

I need an as painless and efficient process as posibble procedure, i can’t afford more than 2-3 days downtime and i am really confused!

What is your suggestion?

Thanks in advance

Hi Linda,

To remove unwanted body fat from your abdominal area I would recommend CoolSculpting. CoolSculpting permanently destroys fat cells, whereas many other technologies such as Zerona only temporarily remove the fat from inside and around the fat cell. What this means is that the fat is just expelled out of the cell, and although the cell would shrink it would still be able to expand with fat at a later date.

If you were to treat the area with CoolSculpting the fat cells are permanently destroyed and they can’t expand at later date. The procedure is non-invasive, painless and effective. Patients will describe that at the start of the treatment they feel a sucking sensation as the fat is drawn into the applicator, there is a cold sensation which goes away very quickly as the area will feel numb. For the rest of the treatment you can read a magazine, work on your lap top or just relax.

As there is no downtime with this treatment and recovery is instant, you can return your normal activities straight away. I have pasted below a link to my website that has more information and also videos of patients having the actual procedure done. Have a great day!
