I am 46 years old and I think I’ve had enough with my wobbly abdomens; even though I weigh only 130 lbs (height 5’4″), the flab just won’t go away! So, I made a couple of visits to some credited plastic surgeons in my town to figure out the best possible solution. Unfortunately, they both recommended that I have liposuction, either alone or combined with a mini tummy tuck procedure. Since I just don’t want to have a surgical operation, mainly due to the long recuperation period that follows, I reconsidered, and I am currently thinking of having a Lipo Ex instead. An extra benefit of the latter would be the cost issue, as $6,000 to $7,000 for lipo are beyond my reach at this moment. I have already gone through dozens of positive reviews and testimonials and I believe that I have made the right call…

After long standing hesitation, I decided to take my chances on Lipo-Ex for my belly fat. A week ago, I had my first (out of six) treating sessions and I found it pretty encouraging! On the whole, the procedure was painless and didn’t give me a hard time at all. Getting to he details, firstly, I had my abdominal area covered with a butter-resembling compound and then the doctor begun to apply radio-frequency with the device, bringing up a sensation of hot stone massage (although at times it became hotter than expected, luckily without becoming distressing!). Anyway, after about 45 minutes, the main procedure was over, but not entirely, as 10 more minutes of massaging by a nurse followed; that caused some redness but I was told it was a completely natural reaction. The reassuring thing was that, after a couple of days, I could spot some difference, so I am really intrigued to do the rest of the treating program!

I am currently in the process of receiving a course of 8 Lipo Ex treatments, and I believe it I have made a sensible choice. It has been uncomplicated so far, but my doctor has warned me not to take hard medications (like motrin) in order to protect my liver, and also to abstain from working out and doing aerobics for at least for some hours after each session; the reason for that, he said, is to amplify the melting of the fat, and that sounds pretty rational to me, while it has also been proven effective thus far! Oh, and definitely to stay away from alcohol, which I do anyway!

I opted for Lipo Ex to deal with the stubborn fat. After discussing with my doctor, we decided to have a package of 8 treatments. We will begin by having 2 treatments per week for the first 2 weeks and, if things go as planned, we will continue on a more loose basis for the remaining 4 treatments, dishing them out in 4 weeks. He also told me that the end result will be obvious two weeks past the completion of the whole package. So, I am too eager on starting it!
