Put simply, buttocks augmentation is a surgical procedure involving shaping of the buttocks. The surgery typically involves a non-invasive liposuction procedure where the surgeon transfers fat transfer from one area of the body to another, giving your buttocks a firmer, more natural look.
During the procedure, Dr. William Hall uses liposuction to remove fat, which in turn is re-injected back into the buttocks area for reshaping. Using a layering method, the doctor creates smoother, more rounded buttocks with no irregular places showing through the skin.

How long does it take to recover from the surgery?
Although each case varies, the average patient can return to work within a few days. After surgery, you’ll receive a list of instructions for hygiene and care. You will also be required to wear an ACE bandage-like body-garment for 7-14 days after the surgery to add support to the area. Since it’s a less-invasive technique, there are no prosthetics or implants. In addition, the procedure doesn’t leave scars. There is very little pain involved, and the small incisions typically heal within a few days
Can fat re-absorption or “dying off” occur after the procedure?
Re-absorption or “dying off” occurs in all cases after fat grafting. Although we can’t make fat re-absorption go away permanently, we can greatly reduce how much it occurs. Dr. Hall uses an advanced method of washing and separating the fat from all other cells so that whole stem cells are injected into the buttocks area.
As a result, we typically get 60-70% survival rates of our transferred fat, greatly increasing your chance of a successful procedure. In essence, the fat you have remaining after three months will become permanent.
