Cellulite appearance after Liposuction?

Hello

My name is Kate and i am 25. I am doing my homework trying to learn as much as possible about hips/thighs liposuction.

I feel that my skin is pretty elastic but i can’t say that for sure. Is there a test or something for that?

Besides, I’ve found many online testimonials reporting increase of Cellulite after Liposuction! Is this something i should worry about?

Please shed some light!
